Eligibility: You may enroll in this online traffic school course if you were ticketed by [Smith County General Sessions Court].

Final Exam: At the end of the course, you must pass a multiple choice final exam with a score of 80% or better (or 20 correct answers out of 25 questions) in 3 or fewer attempts – unless you order the “Unlimited Final Exams” upgrade, in which case you may take the final exam as many times as necessary until you pass.
Certificate Delivery: We will submit your certificate of completion to you or to the court, depending upon your court’s requirements.
