I found the course VERY informative! I like the fact that the information was current and that I actually learned a few facts that I did not know prior to taking this course. Again, the questions on the final test are really easy and with a little common sense, a person, theoretically, could get by without reading the content which defeats the purpose. If I were your I/O Psychologist responsible for content and validity, I would do a little more research into the difficulty of the questions posed on the final examination. |
